ADMIXTURE PRODUCTS
FORMPLUS XP
FORMPLUS XP is specially formulated blend of mineral oils and chemicals having release properties which are superior to those of a conventional mould oil. The chemicals react with the alkali in the concrete to form a thin water repellent skin on the surface of the mould, which enables easy striping from concrete and acting as a protection to steel and wooden formwork.
FORMPLUS XP is supplied as a pale straw coloured liquid ready for direct application and on site use.
PHILMIX G501
PHILMIX G501 is a chloride free workability retention admixture based on selected synthetic polymers. It is supplied as a brown solution which instantly disperses in water.
PHILMIX G501 disperses the fine particles in the concretemix, enabling the water content of the concrete to perform more effectively. The increased workability, cohesion and retardation minimizes loss of workability.
PHILCURE 301
PHILCURE 301 is a ready-to-use, emulsified wax blend and polymer -based concrete curing compound that cures the concrete by forming elastic film or a barrier preventing rapid water loss on newly placed concrete and provide water retention performance to concrete surface.
CONCRETE REMOVER 808
CONCRETE REMOVER 808 penetrates rapidly to cut trough cement and rust without pre-cleaning. it is a fast-acting concrete remover for dissolving time, concrete and mortar residues from concrete mixers, trucks, trowels used in laying and transporting concrete as well as from surfaces that have been splashed concrete. Highly effective simulation that saves labor cost. High concentration allows 1:1 dilution with water in dip tank application method.

PHIL-BOND CRACKED INJECTABLE EPOXY
PHIL-BOND CRACKED INJECTABLE EPOXY is a two (2) component adhesive system composed of 100% solids Epoxy that contains polyamide curing agent ensuring a tough and durable bond resistant to chemicals and corrosion. This unique low viscosity adhesive is primarily designed for the all around remedy of structural concrete defects and flaws particularly the repair of cracks by pressure injection. Aside from sealing cracks, crevices and filling voids, it can also be combined with fine aggregates or silica sand to result an Epoxy Mortar for high strength grouting.
PHIL-BOND ALL PURPOSE EPOXY
PHIL-BOND ALL PURPOSE EPOXY is a two (2) component system made of higest-grade epoxy and polyamide curing agents to ensure superior quality applications. It has excellent resistance against salt water, acids, and alkalis. It exhibits outstanding adhesive strength, mending capabilities, excellent impact and mechanical strength.
PHIL-BOND PILE SPLICING EPOXY
PHIL-BOND PILE SPLICING EPOXY is a two-component fast setting epoxy formulation with a high chemical and physical strength design primarily for bonding concrete piles. The cured resin provides high compressive and flexural strength to the joined when used with fine aggregates as filler.
PHIL-BOND EPOXY TANK LINING (FOOD GRADE)
PHIL-BOND EPOXY TANK LINING is a two (2) component epoxy compound formulated from high-grade epoxy resins and modified polyamide curing agents especially for storage tanks. It is lead-free, food-grade and non-toxic when fully cured. It hardens to an abrasive resistance coating with excellent adhesive strength on properly prepared subtrates such as concrete and steel.
PHIL-BOND EPOXY TANK LINING is water-impermeable and has excellent resistance to oil, solvents,alkalis and most dilute acids.

PHIL-PLUG 308 (LIQUID PLUG)
PHIL-PLUG 308 (Liquid Plug) is rapid setting hydraulic cement use for Floor Topping Waterproof and Tanking. It can be used also for instant leak plugging like cracks in concrete or masonry walls, swimming pools, sea walls, tunnels, basement, dams and others. Results would be a thoroughly hardened concrete which gives longer life span. Expands as it sets to ensure a permanent water light seal chloride free, will not promote corrosion of reinforcement.
PHILFLEX CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING
PHILFLEX CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING is a two component flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane. It consists of selected cement blend with well-graded fillers and synthetic resin. It could be applied unto damp substrates by brush, roller or spray. PHILFLEX CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING is capable of bridging hairline cracks.
PHILCRETE CRYSTALLIZATION WATERFROOFING (PCW)
PHILCRETE CRYSTALLIZATION WATERPROOFING (PCW) is a crystalline waterproofing formulation of selected blends of cement, fine quartz sand and active chemical constituents providing a lasting imperviousness to water. In the presence of moisture, the active chemicals in PHILCRETE CRYSTALLIZATION WATERPROOFING (PCW) penetrate and reacts chemically with free lime to produce insoluble crystal.
PHIL FOAM 408 (BACVKER RODS-POLYETHYLENE FOAM)
PHIL-FOAM 408 (BACKER RODS-Polyethylene Foam) is a soft grey, non-greasing, pliable backer rod with an impervious outer skin, used as a backing for elastometric and other cold applied sealants.
PHIL FOAM 408 controls the depth of the applied sealant and ensures cross-sectional our-glass configuration.
BITUMINOUS MEMBRANE (TORCH ON)

is a thin layer of water-tight material that is laid over a surface. This layer is continuous and does not allow water to pass through it. It is used for reinforced concrete roof waterproofing.

are unfolded on the site and laid firmly on surface with tar based adhesives using blowtorches.
SWELLABLE WATER STOP
SWELLABLE WATER STOP is high performance hydrophilic swelling waterstop. It is made of high performance modified bentonite strips. the swelling action is the result between water and hydrophilic groups which are part of the Swellable molecular structure. Expansion of the waterstop creates a positive seal aginst the face of the concrete joint and prevents the water entry into the structure through the protected joint.
